James D. Ruotolo is currently the Director of Strategic Operations for the Special Investigations Unit of a large nationwide multi-line insurance carrier. Mr. Ruotolo manages intelligence and analytical teams that conduct research on suspicious claim activity. He is a Certified Fraud Specialist and an internationally recognized public speaker with a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Economic Crime Management. He teaches a Legal Issues course at the graduate level in a Fraud Management MBA program and has published the Online Investigator’s Handbook.
